T H E R U L E S
READ FIRST
1 Your site - new or old - must be active. New sites will be checked the first week of affiliation and REMOVED for inactivity. Older sites will have three days. (we will continue to check randomly)
2 Our banner must be up within 24 hours of the request
3 Sisters MUST be highly active horse or +horse rpgs. No sites with absolutely no horses will be accepted.
4 Sisters will only have 6 slots. Static will only have 10 slots. Marquee will have 16 slots. Scrolling will be unlimited.
5 Banners MUST be 88 x 31. Resizing WILL NOT happen here. They will be DENIED.
6 target=blank is a must. The link code MUST pull up a new window.(will be added here if it does not already do so.)
